Miley Replaces Flappy Bird

As if people couldn't get enough Miley Cyrus and Flappy Bird, now the two are one in the new top free app this week. Flying Cyrus - Wrecking Ball is a spinoff of Flappy Bird with Miley's face as the new character of the game. Clearly Miley's making quite an impact on society, and now both young kids and adults are playing a game with her face on it? I personally don't think Miley Cyrus is the best role model for young children, but that's just my opinion. 

It's crazy to see what influence both mobile apps and pop culture have on society. With this new game come a few issues. First off, according to reviews, the game does have a few glitches which could be annoying to the player. Another flaw has to do with the way they display ads in the game; pop ups over banners are not exactly the most effective, just annoying. Regardless of these defects, people across America still seem to be enjoying the game. 

 Everyone has completely different opinions about it. One reviewer said, "it has awful graphics, annoyingly stupid figure of Miley's head wagging her tongue like a dog desperate for water" while another says, "I can not even try to think of a game that would be more enjoyable and family friendly than this one." Clearly people either love or hate Miley, which will then either make it or break it for the user experience. Whatever your view on her and if you liked Flappy Bird or not, this game has still taken the number one spot on the charts.
