Grand Theft Auto V

Grand Theft Auto V sales top $1 Billion in first three days. Publishers Take-Two Interactive has more good news to share, the GTA V series has shattered video games sales records. In the first 24 hours, GTA V hit $800 million in its first 24 hours of sale. GTA V the fastest-selling video game in history, breaks the record for Call of Duty Black Ops 2, that hit $1 Billion after 15 days.

We will have to wait and see if the Call of Duty franchise can over take the Rockstar gaming, because they will release Call of Duty Ghosts on four different consoles. There are a lot of graphic scenes; an alleged cannibalism scene that was mistaken as an instance of in-game rape; a Scottish town's backlash over its namesake being attributed to a locale of "druggie hipsters"; and, of course, the usual torrent of necessary and needed criticism over the game's treatment of women. The game has three protagonists, but none of are female and the females are more or less buzzkills, junkies, and strippers. It is hard for people not to play this game, because there sales are off the charts and the games lifetime earnings at $1.4 Billion. All in all, this seems to be a fun and exciting game, which rating is mature because of graphic scenes.
